Julia Bly DeVere is a California Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent based in Mountain View, providing professional travel notary services for businesses and individuals in and around Santa Clara County, California, and surrounding counties. She can meet you at your home, office, hospital, or even your local coffee shop. ​

We need to be able to communicate directly with the signer. An interpreter cannot be used. All notarial certificates will be issued in English, in accordance with California rules. We recommend you find a qualified multilingual Notary if other languages are needed.
Mobile Notary Services
The California Secretary of State mandates the fees for Acknowledgements (per signature of signer in notary journal) to $15.00. Jurats are $15. Oaths and Affirmations are $15 each. Copy Certifications of Power of Attorney are $15 each (+copy fees). Travel fees are charged on top of these fees. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Corporate Checks. Businesses can be invoiced.

Standard travel signing fee is $75, between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. Plus standard notary fees per notarization, and parking fees if required.
Mobile Notary, within Santa Clara County, After Hours, Nights, & Weekends
$85 plus standard notary fees per notarization, plus parking fees if required. (Federal holidays by appointment only).

$85 minimum, plus standard notary fees per notarization. Based on distance a quote will be provided prior to appointment. Travel fees vary.
Acceptable
Identification
Every signer must physically appear and present acceptable identification at the time of notarization. A minimum $25 travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable ID.
Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Independent Living
$75 plus standard notary fees per notarization, plus parking fees if required.
Hospital Visits
$100 plus standard notary fees per notarization.
Court House Signing Fees
$85 plus standard notary fees per notarization, plus parking fees.

Wait time will be billed at $50 per hour, each additional 15 minutes is $25 per hour.
